Who to write to

We handle everything by email; there is no phone line and no contact form. For corrections, include the page address and what you saw on Candy, ideally with the date. We re-check against Candy's live pages and fix what is wrong.

DMCA takedown notices

If you believe material on candyaishorts-porn.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@candyaishorts-porn.com. To be complete under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)), it should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
3. The exact address (URL) of each page or file on this site you want removed.
4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your notice.
• If the notice is complete, we remove or disable access to the material and tell you when it is done.
• If something is missing or unclear, we tell you what we need.

Our goal is to reply within two business days and to act on complete notices quickly. That is a goal, not a guarantee. Sending a knowingly false notice can make you liable for damages under the DMCA.

Material that comes from Candy

The posters and free episode 1 videos on this site are the public files Candy serves to every visitor for free, shown as previews of the official episode. If you hold rights in that material, you can write to us and we will act on our copy. To have it removed from Candy itself, write to Candy too: Candy's DMCA policy says "Notices and counter-notices should be sent to us via email at: support@candymail.ai".

If you believe a Candy character resembles you or someone you represent, Candy's content removal policy says you can request removal "by contacting our support team at support@candymail.ai". Tell us as well, with the page address, and we will review our copy of any poster or episode involved.
