Candy Shorts Catalogue Log
Every change we detect in Candy Shorts is logged here with its date: new series, new episodes, token price changes, removals and changes to the free rule. Last check: Oct 19, 2026. Candy itself does not publish a release schedule.
Candy adds Shorts without announcing them. Its help center says it plainly: "New Shorts may be added over time, although we can't guarantee a release schedule for new episodes or series." So we keep our own record. Each time we re-read the catalogue, we compare it with the previous check and write down what changed, with the date of the check that found it. Nothing here is typed by hand: every line is generated from the difference between two checks.
| Catalogue right now | Value |

| Series in Candy's library | 162 |
| Public series (readable without an account) | 148 |
| Episodes in public series | 840 |

The log
Newest first. The date is the day of the check that detected the change, not necessarily the day Candy made it: a change made the day after a check shows up at the next one.
- First full check: 162 series, 840 public episodes, free rule and prices recorded.baseline
The log starts with our first full check, which recorded the baseline: every series, every public episode, the free rule and the Premium prices. From here on, each new line is a real difference between two checks.
New on Candy right now
Candy keeps its own "Brand New" page. Here are up to 12 of its series that have a page on this site, in Candy's order. Episode 1 of each plays free.

How events are detected
Each check is two separate anonymous sessions that read the whole public catalogue and must agree (details on How we verify). We run it weekly. The new snapshot is compiled and compared, series by series, with the previous one. These are the event types and what triggers each:
| Event | Logged when | So far |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline | The first full check records the starting state | 1 |
| New series | A series appears in Candy's library that was not there at the previous check | 0 |
| New episodes | A public series lists more episodes than at the previous check | 0 |
| Price | The tokens to finish a series change while its episode count stays the same | 0 |
| Removed | A series is no longer in Candy's library | 0 |
| Rule | The free rule moves: how many series give episode 1 free, episode 2 with an account, or the usual token price per episode | 0 |
| Pricing | Premium's per-month plan prices change | 0 |
When an event lands, the pages that depend on it update on their own: counts, the free-rule table, tokens to finish, spec sheets and the unlock calculator all read the same compiled catalogue.
Reading a log line
Each line has three parts: the date of the check, a plain sentence, and the event type in small capitals. A "new episodes" line names the series, how many episodes were added and the new total. A "price" line gives the old and new tokens to finish. A "rule" line names the measure that moved and its old and new value, so you can see at a glance whether free access got wider or narrower. Series names link nowhere from the log itself; find them in the full list or with the search button at the top of every page.
Following one series
The simplest way to follow a series is its spec sheet. The episode strip on every card and spec sheet is drawn from the same catalogue as this log: one block per episode, colored by access (free, free with an account, tokens). When new episodes land, the strip gets longer, the tokens-to-finish total goes up and a dated line appears here, all at the same check.
What the log does not catch
- Inside hidden Spicy series. Their pages need an account, so we only see a Spicy series appear or disappear, never its new episodes.
- Edits that keep the numbers. A new poster, a reworded synopsis or a re-cut episode with the same count and price does not trigger an event.
- Changes that come and go between checks. A weekend discount that ends before our next check never shows up.
- Token pack prices. Candy shows them only after login, so we do not track them.
When do new Candy Shorts episodes come out?
Candy does not say, and we will not guess. What the log gives you is the record: if a series you follow gains episodes, it appears here as a "new episodes" line with the new total. The longest public series runs to 34 episodes right now, and the longest with a page here is YES MA'AM with 27. Whether any series grows further is up to Candy.
FAQ
When do new Candy Shorts episodes come out?
Candy does not publish a schedule. Its help center says new Shorts "may be added over time, although we can't guarantee a release schedule for new episodes or series." This log records every new episode we detect, with the date.
How often is the Candy Shorts catalogue log updated?
Weekly. Each check is two anonymous sessions that must agree; the result is compared with the previous check and every difference becomes a dated line. Last check: Oct 19, 2026.
How do I find new Candy Shorts series?
Candy has a Brand New page, which listed 28 series at our last check. New series also appear in this log as "new series" lines, and in our list of all series.
Why did the token cost of a Candy Shorts series change?
The log records that the tokens to finish a series changed, from what to what. Candy does not explain price changes, so we do not either.
How many episodes do Candy Shorts series have?
Most have a handful; 7 public series run to 10 episodes or more, and the longest has 34. New episodes show up in this log with the new total.
Will a Candy Shorts series get more episodes?
Nobody outside Candy knows. If it does, the new episodes show up here at the next weekly check.
